NAP Inc. has developed an extensive
inventory management program that is
geared specifically at assisting each
of our
customers maximize manufacturing up-time
and cash flow, while at the same time
minimizing each customers inventory capital
needs. Our concept is to act as a centralized
warehouse for each manufacturer. Through
the utilization of the concept of economy-of-scale,
we are able to forward product cost reductions
to each customer as if they were holding
huge inventories.

Distribution
NAP Inc. actively supplies all provinces
in Canada through our network of local
representatives and centralized warehousing
and shipping operations.
Warehouse
locations
With warehousing in Toronto and Vancouver,
we are able to act as a next day source
for most products in the Window and Door
manufacturing segment. Although we do
prefer to work with each of our customers
on longer term projections, next day
service
for those surprise jobs is quite often
a necessity, and NAP Inc. keeps a wide
range of products in stock and ready
to
go.
Warranties
Each of our products carries its
own specific warranty and guarantee of
design performance. Warranties range from
90 days through five years, dependent
on the specific products.
Policy
Our policies are simple. The customer
(thats you) is right. It is our
job to work to your needs and advise if
our experience suggests a better product
solution for your consideration. If a
product concern ever arises, and they
do once in awhile, a simple phone call
to our customer service operators will
put a corrective solution in motion immediately.
